Privacy policy
This policy explains how Arenastars Private Limited (“Arenastars”, “we”) handles personal data collected through arenastars.in. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your name, work email and, if you give them, your phone number, company and website;
- the report or service you are interested in and your message;
- technical details needed to protect the form from abuse: your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from and the time.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
- To keep the form secure and prevent spam.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Your enquiry is stored by our website host and our email provider, who act on our instructions. If our security check is switched on, Cloudflare processes limited technical data to verify the request. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case contract and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to nominate someone to act for you. Write to admin@arenastars.in. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Grievances
For any concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer at admin@arenastars.in or at our registered office. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
